Member Orientation Program
Every new member who joins S.T.U.D.Y.S. Ministries undergoes a comprehensive onboarding process.
A fingerprint is a unique identifier and each new member of STUDYS imprints his/her fingerprint to represent their individual contributions to the ministry.
A huge component of this process is the New Member Orientation Program. Due to the current environmental landscape, face-to-face education has become prohibited. Consequently, S.T.U.D.Y.S. has transitioned to an on-demand model to ensure continuous learning in the new member onboarding process.
Orientation Curriculum (coming soon)
The 4-hour New Member Orientation Program consists of eight 20-minute on-demand sessions comprised of the following modules:
- S.T.U.D.Y.S. Ministries Church Operations
- Complete Faith Assessment
- Online New Member Discussion

Individual/family meeting with Pastor Ernest and Minister Gwen
Upon completion of the program, new members receive a Certificate of Completion.
